Before Easter 2022 our school team achieved every young footballer's dream of playing in Austin Stacks Park in Tralee in the County Schools Final. We were against a very strong team in Knockaderry NS, Farranfore. Our players battled bravely to the final whistle having been down for most of the game and in the end, only 4 points separated the teams. Well done to each and every member of our squad. The visit to Mcdonald's afterward helped us to reflect very positively on the experience.

We are very pleased to announce that we have secured funding for hot lunches and morning snacks for 2021/22. We are delighted that Knocknagoshel Women's Group will again be our meals supplier having provided such a fantastic service to the school over the previous two years. Thanks also to Knocknagoshel Women's Group for fulfilling the Holiday Meals Programme with the delivery of excellent hampers over the summer as photographed here. This is the 3rd occasion that we have received funding for meals for holiday periods. The programme was also delivered during the lockdown. This added greatly to the workload of Knocknagoshel Meals on Wheels and we would like to again thank all involved for their efforts. We will continue to apply for food hampers over holiday periods as long as this scheme continues.

A big thank you to everybody involved in our recent charity bake sale in aid of the Irish Cancer Society. The amount of €1221.60 raised far exceeded our expectations. Well done to all of our families and all who attended and gave so generously for their contributions.
